Only unused and unboxed items cab be returned.

We're always happy to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond ASAP  with instructions for how to return items from your order.  You will receive by email the Geostorm Return/ Exchange form along with a return label and ship it back to us.  We will not accept used products for return or exchange unless there is a manufactured defect.
